Spring Cider Vinaigrette

Tweak to suit your taste and enjoy. Makes a nice marinade, too.


  • ¼ cup infused vinegar (see spring vinegar recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼–½ teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • ¾ cup olive oil


Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Whisk in the olive oil until well blended.
