Spring Cider Vinaigrette

Tweak to suit your taste and enjoy. Makes a nice marinade, too.
- ¼ cup infused vinegar (see spring vinegar recipe)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼–½ teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- ¾ cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Whisk in the olive oil until well blended.
